Product Description

Junyi series self-cleaning filter is designed for continuous filtration to remove impurities, uses a high-strength filter mesh and stainless steel cleaning components, to filter, clean and discharge automatically.

The whole process is as below:

The liquid to be filtered flows into the filter through the inlet, then flows form inside to outside of the filter mesh, the impurities are intercepted by the mesh. 

When the pressure difference between inlet and outlet reaches the set value or the timer reaches the set time, the differential pressure controller sends a signal to motor to rotate the brush/scraper for cleaning, and the drain valve opens at the same time. The impurity particles on the filter mesh are brushed by the rotating brush/scraper, then discharged from the drain outlet. 

In the whole process, the filtrate does not stop flowing, realizing continuous and automatic production.

1. Stainless steel 304/316L housing, carbon steel housing.

2. Our filter element adopts stainless steel wedge wire mesh, filtration accuracy of 10-100um.  It has the feature of high strength, high hardness, wear and corrosion resistance, easy to clean. 3. The filter operation system adopts Schneider electric components, Siemens PLC control system, and pneumatic/electric stainless steel ball valve to ensure the efficient and stable operation of the machine.

4. Scraper type and brush type are all available.
